Good boiler, installed plenty with no issues. On the big and heavy side. Remember the boiler is only as reliable as the care the installer has taken to fit it. Most problems are due to a rushed and dirty installation and not the manufacturer. Other reviewer must have had a botched installer.
This boiler is rubbish. I’ve had problems with it from day 1. The Baxi engineer has replaced just about every component (because they won’t replace the boiler!) except the heat exchanger - because the Baxi supplied spare didn’t fit!! Still having to reset it at least once a month.
