Remeha reviews
Broag-Remeha is a subsidiary of Remeha – itself part of the De Dietrich Group – and is one of the leading manufacturers of heating products and solutions in Europe, with over 30 years' experience in the industry. Remeha boilers have a reputation for convenience, reliability and energy efficiency.
One of the latest Remeha boilers, for example, is the Gas 110 ECO, a floor standing domestic condensing boiler, with a maximum output of up to 65kW, or 114kW – depending on the exact model – but with a footprint of just 630mm x 600mm. This means that the boiler can be installed, easily, as a new or replacement boiler – in the same space as a comparable "conventional" boiler – and multiple flue system options allow flexible siting. The Broag-Remeha GAS 100 ECO features a cast aluminium heat exchanger, and fully modulating control, for high energy efficiency – SEDBUK ("Seasonal Efficiency of Domestic Boilers in the United Kingdom") "A" rated – yet produces minimal carbon dioxide (CO2) and nitrogen oxide (NO x) pollutant emissions.
Alternatively, the Avanta range of Remeha boilers represents some of the smallest, and lightest, boilers in its class. Dimensions of 600mm x 400mm x 300mm, and a weight of less than 18kg, mean that this type of boiler can be installed in a kitchen cupboard, airing cupboard, or elsewhere with a minimum of fuss. The Avanta range, nevertheless, has output capacities between 6kW and 34kW, and is capable of producing domestic hot water at a rate of 16 litres (3½ Imperial gallons) per minute.
