Ravenheat CSI Primary

The Ravenheat CSI Primary is a gas combination condensing boiler which has been designed to provide greater amounts of hot water and central heating to domestic users - ideal for heavier users or larger families. Its output is 25 kilowatts as standard (although a 32 kw option is also available) - and this means it's suitable for all home sizes.

The Ravenheat CSI Primary is a cost -effective and popular combi model, offering heating efficiency of up to 97%, which enables cost savings of around 30% on customers' fuel bills (compared to older style boilers) and reduced CO2 emissions to benefit the environment. Gas fired combi boilers are ideal choices for consumers wanting cost and energy efficiency - as they heat water 'on demand' from the household water system - meaning that no large water tanks are needed. This model is also small and compact, which means it can be housed on the wall out of the way - perhaps in an airing cupboard or kitchen unit (this is made easy due to its small dimensions.) It's also very easy to operate, service and install - with simple controls and a digital display - ideal for easy pre-programming.

I have installed several CSI primary boilers in the past and I am not impressed with the alloy secondary heat exchanger or recuperator several examples I have seen do not seem able to withstand flue gas/condensate corrosion I have photos of one such heat exchanger that has suffered severe corrosion , the boiler was 2years old .If any one wants to see them I may be able to e.mail them I also still have the heat exchanger .NOT IMPRESSED !
