Baxi Bermuda Back Boiler

Although back boilers often fall short of the new energy efficiency guidelines, it is possible to have a new back boiler fitted to replace and older one in some circumstances. To have a new Baxi Bermuda back boiler fitted in your home, it is essential that you apply for an exemption to Part L of the new building regulations as these would normally require a new condensing boiler fitted instead as although the new Baxi Bermuda back boiler range are more energy efficient than its predecessors, they still do not meet the high SEDBUK guidelines. Before replacing an older back boiler, it is highly advised that you consult with a CORGI qualified installer who can advise you on the level or work required and the time needed to complete.

The original Baxi Bermuda back boiler was launched in 1966, and has been improved and modernised since then, with a larger range of styles of fire fronts now available - from the traditional faux fireplace right up to a ultra modern range. Practical and convenient, the boiler fits conveniently and easily into the back of the average hearth, which means it does not take space up in the kitchen or elsewhere in the home like a modern boiler. A Baxi Bermuda back boiler will provide all the hot water and heating requirements in the home, and is available in several outputs depending on the size of the home and the amount of heat and hot water required.
