I recently installed an Ariston Genus boiler and found the manufacturers instructions very complicated, certainly when it came to adding peripherals relating to setting up the programmer. I have digested the Instruction booklet in detail and still find it a challenge to work out. It got to the stage where I had to call the Ariston technical department, of which, they came across as very arrogant. To summarise on the completion phase of the installation, it was left to me having to get an Ariston engineer out to rectify why the system was not allowing me to set the boiler into timed programme, "very frustrating".
